CM KCR inspects the works at new Secretariat building

Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao accompanied by Roads & Buildings (R&B) minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy and officials visited the upcoming new secretariat building.

He went around the building inspecting the works that are in the finishing stage. He inspected works on fountains, lawns, parking places, conference halls, waiting rooms, staff dining halls, and chambers of officials. He expressed his happiness with the ventilation in the building and the spacious entry of the building.

KCR inspected the chief minister’s chambers and staff rooms. He examined the furniture being arranged in the new building.

The chief minister later visited the huge Ambedkar statue behind the secretariat that is due for the unveiling. Later, he visited the Telangana martyrs’ memorial opposite the secretariat. Mr. KCR asked the executing agencies to expedite the works at the earliest.
