BJP shudders at the thought of KCR: Maharashtra former MLA Charan Waghmare

On witnessing the massive public patronage to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his party BRS, the BJP is shivering, said Maharashtra former MLA Charan Wagmare.

The BJP which shares power with Shiva Sena in Maharashtra is announcing a series of welfare programmes fearing the loss of its base with the entry of BRS party in the state. However, they were all only slogans.

In Telangana, pensions are sent home to the beneficiaries. A tractor load of sand is available without any hassles but it is hard to secure in Maharashtra even after paying Rs. 5,000. There is a government that works for people in Telangana state.

In Maharashtra, the government is happy with just slogans hoodwinking people. In Telangana, the beneficiaries get money directly deposited into their banks while in Maharashtra, people have to go around government offices.

Scores of women took out a rally in Thumsar taluka of Bhandara district protesting the hike in cooking gas cylinders. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Waghmare said the Maharashtra government is trying to copy the KCR’s programmes. He appealed to people to teach a befitting lesson to BJP in the next elections with their votes.

He explained to the people how Mr Modi is concerned about his friend Adani who stole away the LIC money. Modi’s slogan ‘sab saath sab ka vikas’ is nothing but a mere slogan and foolish talk.

Ms Waghmare asked women to defeat the BJP in the coming elections and send Modi home.
