The American company Fishinn has agreed to invest Rs 1000 crore in Telangana state.
It will start a fish export company at Mid Manair reservoir in Sircilla district and likely to provide employment to 5000 local youth.
The Telangana IT minister Mr KTR who is touring the USA to attract investors to Telangana has succeeded in convincing the FishInn company management as well.
Company CEO Mr Manish Kumar said they would invest Rs 1000 crore in Telangana after meeting with Mr KTR.
With this the fish export in Telangana will go up. It will also improve the expertise of fish processing to international standards, Mr KTR said.
The fishing industry in Telangana will go up on all fronts and those dependent on fishing will benefit a lot with the company coming up in Sircilla district.
This is another major achievement of Mr KTR’s team that has already roped in some companies to come to Telangana state and invest.
