Hoping to push the real estate activity in the city back on track, the Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) is conducting a three-day property show and a conference exclusively for Telangana developers this month.
The “Fifth TREDA Property Show 2014” will be held from October 17 to 19 at Hitex where hundreds of properties will be showcased for the public.
On October 17, a conference on ‘Resurgent Hyderabad – Tomorrow Beckons’ will be held at HICC for its members.
At a pre-event press conference held on Monday, P. He informed that the property show is being organised on a bigger scale as there is a lot of potential for real estate growth.
The organisers informed that at the property show there will be about 180 stalls and a participation of about 100 developers. Some of the government agencies like HMDA, Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) will also put up stalls.

At the conference on ‘Resurgent Hyderabad- Tomorrow Beckons’, the international property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) will release a report on Hyderabad market.
“We had asked JLL to research and prepare a report about housing demand for the population, pricing and others. A detailed report on their findings regarding the Hyderabad market trends will be released during the conference,” said R. Chalapthy Rao, executive vice president, TREDA. He said that the association will promote Brand Hyderabad and strive to develop the local real estate market.
