The quarrel between the Governor and the state government continues.

Governor of Telangana Tamilisai has been unrelenting in clearing the bills irking the ruling party for no reason.
Earlier she said shecwanted some clarifications over the bill envisaging creation of a common recruitment board for recruiting university teachers.
Following her argument, a delegation of officials led by Education minister Sabitha Indra Reddy called on the Governor and clarified her doubts. But still she is reluctant to clear the bull even after two months.
The TRS government planned the board similar on the lines of one existing in Bihar state for decades.
As the universities were conducting their own recruitment, often they are accused of lacking transparency and favouritism in selection of teachers. Some candidates are moving the courts thus delaying the process of recruitment. To avoid all these and bring in more transparency, the state government has decided to set up a common recruitment board. The Telangana government was planning to go in for urgent recruitment of about 700 teachers in various universities in the state.
However, the Governor appears to be in no mood to cooperate with the state government but go the way as the BJP government at centre is going with the state government. The BJP at centre is adopting a biased and vengeful attitude towards the ruling TRS government.
Unfortunately the Governor who is supposed to conduct above politics has been acting at the ditacts of her New Delhi bosses.
The Governor should realise that it was the job aspirants who would be at loss and she would be responsible for it. It is high time that the Governor realises her constitutional duties rising above petty politics which earns her nothing but a bad name in history.
