Taking part at the inaugural of America India Foundation Hyderabad chapter, IT minister KTR has said Telangana tops in offering medical services. The state government focused on meeting the primary needs of people and achieved it.
The state has embarked on improving health sector infrastructure improvement on a massive scale by deciding to set up a medical and a multi specialty hospital in each of 33 districts. The government also renovated all the old hospitals and recently recruited enough personnel in the department, the minister said.
Mr KTR appealed to the members to be part of the government’s vision and its aim of improving education, public health and livelihood of people. The minister said many youngsters from Telugu states are doing excellent jobs in the USA in many fields and the foundation should help students in future to pursue higher education there.
