Telangana state denied funds to the tune of Rs 40,000 crore.

The discriminatory policies adopted by the BJP ruled central government resulted in loss of over Rs 40,000 crore.

It has also imposed restrictions on borrowing by the state government
With restriction on FRBM, the state lost Rs 15,000 crore, Rs 6,000 crore for not accepting the power reforms recommended by the centre and suffered a loss if Rs 20,000 crore non budget grants were cut by the centre.

With a view to explain to the people of the state about the BJP’s attitude towards the Telangana state, the chief minister K Chandrasekhara Rao has decided to convene a week long winter session of the Assembly soon.

Neither the centre gives funds due to the state nor allows the state to borrow thus throttling the state.
Several times the CM KCR has exposed the unscrupulous policies of the BJP and its discriminatory policies towards non BJP states.

As the general elections due in ten months, the BJP is conspiring to unpopular the ruling TRS government by creating hurdles in implementing the welfare and development programmes for the people in the state.

KCR has instructed ministers V Prashanth Reddy and T Harish Rao to oversee the arrangements fir special winter session of the Assembly on Thursday.
