Telangana Non-Resident Indians Joint Action Committee (TNRI-JAC), an umbrella organization of all Telangana organizations abroad, has planned a massive ‘Telangana March’ in Washington, DC on 15th October, Saturday.
The March is organized to extend solidarity to the “Telangana Sakala Janula Samme” – an ongoing general strike demanding statehood. Through this rally the JAC also hopes to bring the issue to the notice of international media.
The TNRI JAC has appealed to the leaders of community, to come forward, support and spread the news about this event to other friends and families, and come together to the “Telangana March” program in large numbers.
Many enthusiastic telanganites from various US cities have already confirmed participation and will be joining in big numbers to participate in this march and share the joy of meeting fellow telanganites.
