The recruitment drive is all set to begin soon, as the state finance department accorded permission for filling of 15,522 posts through direct recruitment. Orders to this effect were issued on Monday.
While according the permission, the finance department in its orders stated that: The Secretary, Telangana State Public Service Commission and other recruiting agencies shall take appropriate steps for filling the vacancies through direct recruitment by obtaining the details, such as local cadres of the vacancies as per the Presidential Order (zone/ district etc.,), roster points, qualifications, etc., from the authorities concerned.
For the posts authorised to be filled by the Departmental Selection Committees, and the corporations, the administrative departments of the Secretariat and the HoDs concerned shall take necessary action for filling the respective posts
