2:20 PM: Telangana MLAs from all parties give a privilege notice to Chief Secretary Mohanty for deliberately delay in sending the statehood bill to state Assembly.

2:05 PM: Assembly adjourned to Monday.

1:30 PM Speaker Nandendla adjourns Assembly for another 30 minutes as MLAs continue to created ruckus.

1:30 PM: Deputy CM Damodara & Jana Reddy meet Speaker Nadendla and discuss about the discussion on statehood bill.

1:20 PM: Kiran Kumar Reddy informs media that the bill would be handed over the Speakers of Assembly and Council in about an hour.

12:20 PM: Harish Rao blasts the Chief Secretary of AP for failing to handover copies of Telangana statehood bill in spite of clear instructions from President to do the same. Harish Rao warns that a privilege motion would be moved against CS for failing to discharge his duties.

12:10 PM: Legsistlative Council adjourned till Monday.

12:06 PM: Speaker Nadendla adjourns the house for 30 minutes again.

11:45 AM: CM keeps mum when Telangana ministers urge him to take up the discussion on Telangana bill

10:45 AM: Both houses adjourned again.

10:41 AM: Telangana Cong Ministers to meet Speaker Nadendla shortly and request immediate discussion on statehood bill.

10:32 AM: The assembly should discuss the Telangana bill and send it back to union government immediately. Speaker should call for a Business Advisory Committee meeting now – Julakanti Ranga Reddy (CPM MLA)

10:30 AM: Digvijaya Singh meets Governor Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan

10: 15 AM: Assembly secretary says they are yet to receive copies of the bill. He informed media that the bill is expected to arrive by 1 PM from Governor’s office.

10:10 AM: Legislative Council adjourned for 30 minutes

10:08 AM: Seemandhra MLCs create ruckus in in Legislative Council. Congress MLC D. Srinivas says the statehood bill sent by President takes precedence over all other business. He says Seemandhra MLCs can voice their concerns during the discussion on the bill.

10: o7 AM: T-Cong MPs meet in Union Minister Jaipal Reddy’s home at New Delhi and discuss latest political developments and the strategy to be adopted to get the Telangana bill passed at the earliest.

10:03 AM: Speaker adjourns the house for 30 minutes
