Serious repercussions if Hyd is made UT: Kodandaram

TJAC Chairman Prof Kodandaram warned that any attempt to make Hyderabad a UT would have serious repercussions. He was speaking at a meeting organized to condemn the attack on OUJAC leader D Balraj Yadav by APNGOs on 7th September. Telangana Student JAC and several Telangana organizations have organized this meeting at Nakirekal in Nalgonda district.

Kodandaram stated that the CWC resolution was a culmination of several sacrifices by Telangana students and activists. He said the delay in implementation is leading to confusion among the people of Telangana. He opined that swift tabling of statehood bill in Parliament would have automatically stopped the protests in Seemandhra.

Prof Kodandaram said that Telangana Congress leaders have failed miserably in countering the conspiracies of Seemandhra leaders.

He urged the T-Cong leaders to suspend all celebrations and put pressure their highcommand for hastening the statehood process.

Kodandaram gave a call to make the Sakala Jana Bheri on 29th September a grand success.
