Vexed at the discriminatory politics against Telangana by the BJP, the CPI state secretary Joolakanti Ranga Reddy has said the Munugode by-election result will put an end to the dirty politics being adopted by the BJP. He said the country is passing through bad times. The elections were forced upon the people just for personal and political gains.
In one year there will be general elections, but for Mr K Rajagopal Reddy and BJP, nobody stands to gain if the result is positive. But they both will be defeated by the politically active people of Nalgonda. To defeat the fascist forces in the country the Left parties are extending support to bring about a change in politics in the country despite ideological differences, he said.
The BJP proved to be dangerous to the country’s social fabric. With its outdated ideology, it is trying to divide people and create hatred among people. The country is known for unity in diversity but now efforts are being made to disturb it by the BJP. It is high time that all political parties should come together to defeat the BJP forthwith, the CPI(M) leader said.
