MP Santosh Kumar adopts 1095 acres reserve forest in Kondagattu

Coinciding with the birthday of Telangana CM KCR, BRS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar has announced to adopt the reserve forest in Kodimyal near Kondagattu temple. The MP said he will adopt two blocks of the reserve forest spread in an area of 1,095 acres.

“As the Hon’ble CM Sri KCR garu announced renovation of Kondagattu temple with 600 Crores, I thought, it will be fitting to adopt 1095 acres of Kodimyal Reserve Forest as part of Green India Challenge. Will do the honours on the occasion of the legend’s birthday tomorrow,” wrote Santosh Kumar.

In the first installment, the MP announced that thousand acres of forest land will be greened with a cost of one crore rupees and the remaining works will be completed in installments.

The MP said that he has a strong connection with Kondagattu from his childhood, as he visited that place several times with CM KCR. He has felt a sense of relaxation in this forest area.

CM KCR visited the Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy temple on February 15, 2023 and laid out a detailed plan for the comprehensive development of the temple.
