Taking strong exception to the remarks made by Bandi Sanjay the BJP leader, the TRS Working President and minister served a notice on him. The BJP leader linked the deaths of Intermediate students to Mr KTR without any evidence or reason. The latter decided to file a defamation case against the BJP leader if he failed to tender a public apology within 24 hours.
It may be noted that the only agenda of BJP leaders in Telangana was to criticize chief minister Mr KCR and his family members without any rhyme and reason. A notice was served by the advocate of Mr KTR to the BJP leader who just wanted to get publicity by defaming the minister.
