Ahead of the Assembly session starting September 23, chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Monday called on governor ESL Narasimhan and discussed with him about various issues.
The meeting between the two took place after a long gap after Chandrasekhar Rao could not attend the At Home hosted by the governor on August 15.
Rao, it is learnt, had discussed the forthcoming Assembly session and other issues with Narasimhan.
Apart from Assembly session, Rao reportedly deliberated with the governor about his China tour. He reportedly told that Chinese investors are keen on investing in the state.
Assembly Sittings: Though the state Legislative Assembly session will commence on September 23, there will be no sitting from 24 to 28, sources said. The session will resume on September 28, according to sources.
According to sources in TRS, Rao is planning to fill nominated posts one week after the Assembly session.
