Several Telangana MLAs, including the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao expressed their anger over a derogatory program telecast in TV9 channel, a couple of days back.
Speaking in the Assembly, KCR has lashed out at the TV9 channel for its cheap and derogatory comments on Telangana Assembly members. He said that such behavior won’t be tolerated any longer.
He minced no words and warned that if the situation continues, the Telangana government would take over the cable networks as it happened in Tamilnadu.
KCR also took objection to the false propaganda being done by Andhra Jyothy and Eenadu group media houses too.
Congress MLA Jeevan Reddy requested that a privilege notice be served on TV9 management for telecasting this program.
