IT minister K T Rama Rao calls for punishing criminals denying jobs and government welfare schemes.

The IT minister Mr KTR has called on the police to put up details of the rapists on a different website to expose them. They should be denied jobs and government welfare benefits.
Inaugurating the “Telangana State Police Centre of Excellence for Cyber Safety” at the Hyderabad police commisionerate on Saturday, the minister observed that there are more phones than the 140 crore population in the country. The police should create awareness among the public on the toll-free number 1930. Cybercriminals are involved in politics and influencing the voters.
The minister also launched the website Cyber Eye developed by a DRDO retired technician who developed Standard Operating Protocols” “Crime Operating System”. He told the police officials to study the chances of using drones in ensuring women’s safety in the state.
DGP Mahender Reddy, Cyberabad police commissioner Stephen Ravindra, Hyderabad police commissioner C V Anand, IT secretary Jayesh Ranjan, and several others were present.
