The Telangana state government plans to launch another prestigious welfare programme next month.
It contemplates collecting the health profile of citizens. To begin with, Ip
tt will be launched as a pilot project in Mulugu and Rajanna Sircilla districts in the first week of next month.
Presently eight tests are being conducted and there is a plan to conduct 57 types of tests through Telangana diagnostic centres, Health Minister T Haris Rao said.
It may be noted that the Chief Minister KCR had come up with the most needed programmers by rural masses Kanti Velugu. It helped lakhs of poor people in rural areas. Even school children suffer from anemia and sight problems due to poor nutrition and poor health practices.
The proposed health profile project envisages correcting such analogies and offering better health facilities to the needy.
