Congress has no place in Telangana, BRS is coming again to power: Minister KTR

BRS working president and Minister Mr KT Rama Rao has said the Congress party became irrelevant and lost touch with the people. It has become outdated and is on the verge of extinction.

Addressing a series of meetings in Khammam district, he asked people not to be misled by the so-called guarantees of the Congress party. Mr Rama Rao laid the foundation for the cable bridge and retaining wall on Munneru stream in Khammam district and also launched a series of development works accompanied by minister P Ajay Kumar and others in Khammam district on Saturday.

He said the Congress leaders are bringing money from Karnataka state to bribe voters in Telangana during the coming elections. However, the people of Telangana are not for sale. People should be aware that if they voted for Congress, all that they will see is scandals, corruption, changes of chief ministers and whatnot. There would be no welfare or development but only scandals in the state.

Unlike the Congress, the BRS party has promised and delivered on many counts under the able leadership of Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao. Being an ardent follower of great actor NT Rama Rao, Mr KCR would surpass his favourite leader’s record by becoming chief minister for the third time.

Referring to the leaders who left the party to join Congress, Mr Rama Rao said those who were given ministerial berths even after they lost the election were showing ingratitude to the party and CM KCR.

Mr Rama Rao said CM KCR has ordered to provide the Dalit Bandhu to every family in the Sathupalli constituency and soon every beneficiary will get it.
The Khammam district witnessed phenomenal development in the recent past due to enterprising minister P Ajay Kumar. The state government spent nearly Rs. 3 crore for various developmental works, he said.
