The chief minister Mr KCR said BJP’S unilateral decisions led to killing of Mr Rakesh who died in police firing protesting the agnipath.
The central government had made changes in army recruitment policy without taking opposition parties into confidence.
Mr KCR said the state government will provide job to Rakesh family members.
The Telangana government has helped financially colonel Santosh Babu family and those who died in Galwan Valley in fight with the Chinese soldiers.
The chief minister said not single decision of BJP government is in favour of people but against them.
