PCC chief Botcha Satyanarayana and Deputy CM Damodara Rajanarasimha faced some embarrassing moments when Telangana activists tried to obstruct their convoy in Vikarabad on Thursday.
Botcha and Rajanarasimha were on their way to Hyderabad after attending the felicitation programme of Minister for Handlooms and Textiles, G Prasad Kumar, in Tandoor.
The pro-Telangana activists tried to obstruct the convey as it reached the railway gate in the town.
Local police immediately arrested the activists and took them away. Later, the students led by Students JAC president Shubhpradh Patel squatted on the road and raised anti-police slogans.
