Noted advocate Prashant Bhushan has accused the BJP government of blackmailing the judges and influencing the judiciary in the country.
The senior advocate said that the centre has been using investigative agencies against judges who are not toeing the line of the BJP. And it is also preventing honest judges from being appointed to higher positions.
The BJP government has diluted the autonomy of many institutions and also the judiciary, Prashant Bhushan added.
