After the meeting with Minister KTR, Tech giant PLUG AND PLAY announced setting up of its office in Hyderabad

 

The world’s largest innovation platform Plug And Play will soon launch its new centre at Hyderabad, said IT & Industries Minister Mr K T Rama Rao.

The minister met the team from the Plug And Play and apprised them about the industry-friendly atmosphere built up by the ruling TRS government in Telangana state. The company delegates were impressed by the presentation made by Mr KTR and agreed to set up their new centre in Hyderabad soon.

According to the minister, Plug And Play would focus on building an ecosystem for mobility, IoT, Energy, and infrastructure. It would also expand to life sciences and Healthcare later.

The technology giant Plug And Play has a network that includes 35,000 vetted start-ups globally in its Playbook, over 530 world-leading corporations and 1500 active portfolio investments that have raised nine billion USD in venture funding.

The company has 37 offices across the world including Silicon Valley in USA, Paris in France, Osaka in Japan, Shanghai in China, Stuttgart in Germany, Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and in other countries.
