AAP Maharashtra vice president joins BRS


The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) founded by Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao is destined to play a key role at the national level going by the developments.

Leaders from various states are queuing to join the BRS party. The latest entry is the Aam Admi Party (AAP) Maharashtra unit vice president and former MP Haribhau Rathod met KCR at Pragathi Bhavan on Saturday and joined the BRS.

According to him some more leaders in Maharashtra will join the BRS soon. Chandrapur former ZP vice chairman Sandeep Karape, BJP taluka president Baban Nikode, Siva Sena taluka coordinator Feroze Khan, and BJP leader Shailesh Singh Bhaise also joined the BRS along with Mr. Haribhau Rathod.

The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MLA Prakash Solanki also met KCR. Haribhau Rathod was an MP from Yavatmal and worked in BJP, Congress, and AAP earlier.

Meanwhile, there is a tremendous response from leaders in Andhra Pradesh, a surprise to those opposing the BRS party. Navyandhra Mala Mahanadu leader Rapaka Ravi Kumar and scores of others belonging to West Godavari district and Jai Krishna, Nagarjuna, Venkata Sai, and many others from Kadapa district joined the BRS party in the presence of its state president Thota Chandrasekhar.

All those newly joined the BRS party in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh pledged to strengthen the party in their respective constituencies and ensure victory for the party in forthcoming elections.
