The additional judicial magistrate of the first class of Karimnagar court, Azahar Husain, has directed Karimnagar Two Town Police on Tuesday to register cases against eight MLAs – Devineni Uma Maheswar Rao, Satish Reddy, Dhulipala Narendra, Vengapudi Rama Krishna Babu and MLC Nannapaneni Rajakumari (TDP), G Srikanth Reddy, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy and Shoba Nagi Reddy (YSRC) for tearing the Telangana draft bill on Assembly premises in Hyderabad on Monday.
Acting on a complaint by Karimnagar Bar Association secretary Bethi Mahender Reddy, the magistrate asked police to probe the matter.
