Government schools in Telangana to adopt digital teaching

The state government has decided to introduce digital teaching in 2,715 government schools. Every school will have three interactive flat panels, digital boards, PDF, image and video lessons. The teaching will be on par with the IITs in the country. The students can learn from watching the screens.

In many IITs, classroom teaching is done by using green boards and when needed they use projectors. In engineering courses, the students are provided with laptops and power connections in classes. Now the same facilities will be made available to the children studying in the Telangana government schools on par with the IITs and IIMs in the country.

Witnessing the effective implementation, the digital classrooms will be extended to all other schools in a phased manner.
