BRS senior leader and MLC Mr Palla Rajeshwar Reddy has described Modi’s government as the most inefficient which is the cause of the closure of 270 companies every day in the country. He said he was ready to justify his allegation. There are 16 lakh vacancies in central government departments n the country. In contrast, the BRS government in Telangana filled up 2.20 lakh jobs in nine years and planning to fill another 1.50 lakh jobs soon. The BJP government that promised two crore jobs per year went back on its promise, he said.
Speaking to newsmen at the party office on Sunday, Mr Rajeshwar Reddy said Prime Minister Modi who visited Warangal restricted himself to just criticising the BRS government. He did not spell out what good his party intends to do for the people of Telangana state. The BRS government has attracted 23,000 companies with an investment of Rs. 2.65 lakh crore. They provided 17.82 lakh jobs. In IT sector in Telangana, as many as nine lakh people are employed. Mr Modi instead of spelling out development plans, he also kept mum of the demands for Warangal airport, Tribal University, Steel Plant and railway coach factory among others.
Mr Modi’s government that copies the Rythu Bandhu scheme extended the benefit to 13 crore farmers initially under the PM Kisan scheme and now restricted the number to just three crore farmers. It is nothing but hoodwinking the people for political gains. However, the people of Telangana are aware of the tricks and conspiracies of the BJP. They will allow the party to gain any ground in the state.
