Do not be misled by Congress and BJP: KTR in Karimnagar

BRS working president and Minister Mr KT Rama Rao has asked people not to be misled by the Congress and BJP leaders seeking their votes. They come and make tall promises. They did nothing to the people all these years. The Congress which got a chance to rule for six decades failed to provide even drinking water and electricity.

Now, the BJP MP who talks big every day failed to bring a single educational institution to Karimnagar. Both the parties are after power in Telangana and they want to make people believe in false promises. Mr Rama Rao said people should not vote in haste or be prompted by somebody. Instead, they should think about who did what. What Mr KCR did to them – be it pensions, Rythu Bandhu, free power, Kalyana Laxmi and whatnot. Every family got a benefit from KCR government. “If you vote for BRS and strengthen the hands of Mr KCR, he will do more,” Mr Rama Rao pointed out.

He was addressing a massive public meeting in Karimangar as part of the ongoing election campaign. Candidates Gangula Kamalakar, R BalaKishan, Ravi Shankar and senior leader B Vinod Kumar and others were present. Mr Rama Rao said the Karimnagar town witnessed phenomenal growth over the years under the BRS regime. Now it has good roads, drains, drinking water, electricity and everything. The Minister Mr Kamalakar even got a TTD temple to the Karimnagar town.

The BRS working president pointed out that there was not a single incident of communal violence reported under the KCR government. Here in Karimnagar town, the BJP tried to instigate people on the basis of religion. People should be very careful and should not allow any such force to come to power in the state. The BRS will ensure peace and tranquillity. The BRS is for development and welfare. The BJP and Congress have other agendas – personal agendas and not people. He appealed to youth not to get instigated by the Congress and BJP leaders. The BRS government is committed to providing jobs to youth. One need not worry at all, Mr Rama Rao assured.
