BRS Party upholds social justice in candidate selection for LS polls

The BRS party has finalized its candidates for all 17 seats up for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. The selection process concluded with announcing the candidate for the Warangal Lok Sabha seat yesterday, underscoring BRS Party’s commitment to social justice.

BRS has set a new benchmark for social justice in candidate selection, earning accolades from political analysts. By strategically choosing candidates with widespread popularity, BRS has positioned itself favorably against rival parties. Meanwhile, the Congress party is facing criticism for neglecting the Madigas, failing to allocate any seats to them among the three SC reserved seats in the state.

The BRS has allocated seats to various castes, ensuring representation for marginalized communities. Notably, 6 seats have been allocated for BCs including Munnuru Kapus, Mudirajs, Gouds, Yadavs. Among the 12 unreserved seats, 50% have been allocated to BCs, marking the highest proportion among the three major political parties in contention.

BRS demonstrated its sincerity by allotting two seats to the Madiga community and one to the Mala community, ensuring representation for marginalized groups. KCR’s inclusive approach also encompasses STs. With two seats reserved for tribals in Adilabad and Mahabubabad, one is allocated to the Gond community and the other one to the Banjara/Lambada community.
