BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha has reacted to the ongoing Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) interrogation in the Delhi liquor policy case. Kavitha was arrested last week under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and is currently in ED custody.
Responding to the ED’s questioning, Kavitha stated that her arrest was illegal and that she would fight it in court. “It’s a false and fabricated case. They (ED) are asking the same questions they asked a year ago,” said Kavitha to the media at the Rouse Avenue court in New Delhi.
The MLC added that they keep asking the same things repeatedly, and there is nothing new. It should be noted that Kavitha’s ED custody ends today.
