The BRS party is ahead of other political rivals, particularly the BJP and Congress party, in the assembly election campaign. CM KCR has released the list of party candidates in August and soon the party started its political campaign. BRS working president and minister KTR and health Minister T Harish Rao have toured most of the districts launching the pending development and infrastructure projects. They both took up the responsibility and created momentum in the party motivating the cadres. They were successful in attracting public attention with their speeches.
Meanwhile, with only 50 days to for elections, both the BJP and Congress are delaying the finalisation of their list of candidates. Though some BJP’s leaders are visiting Telangana Congress is yet to draft its campaigners. BJP is reportedly trying to find candidates while Congress leaders are engaged in internal squabbles. The Congress workers are openly protesting in the party office in Gandhi Bhavan demanding tickets to their leaders.
Slowly and silently the BRS went ahead with its campaign. Shortly CM KCR is likely to launch his campaign and deliver a masterstroke with his party manifesto to the political rivals. Mr Harish Rao claimed that CM KCR will come up with the best people-friendly manifesto that will take BJP and Congress by surprise. Mr KTR and Harish Rao are likely to tour more constituencies in support of the party candidates.
