BRS alleges EC ignoring complaints lodged against Congress leaders

The BRS Party raises concerns over the silence of the Election Commission regarding the violation of the Model Code of Conduct by the Congress party leaders. The BRS leaders allege that since the enforcement of the Election Code on March 16, approximately 25 complaints have been filed by BRS against various Congress leaders including the TPCC Chief and CM Revanth Reddy, yet there is no response from the EC.

The grievances voiced by BRS primarily center around CM Revanth allegedly misleading voters by invoking divine oaths regarding the issue of farmer loan waivers and making disparaging remarks about KCR and KTR. Additionally, complaints have been lodged against Rahul Gandhi, Ministers Konda Surekha, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Jupally Krishna Rao.

Expressing dismay over the lack of response, BRS leaders have lamented the perceived unequal treatment meted out by the EC, suggesting a potential bias in favor of the Congress party. Despite persistently lodging complaints, the absence of any action from the EC has fueled suspicions.
