BJP cannot be believed, may come up with more shabby ideas, doubts political strategist Prashant Kishor

The BJP government at the Centre has called for a special session of Parliament soon many come up with more funny ideas and nobody knows it. In an interview with a national television channel the other day noted political strategist Mr Prashant Kishor said he clearly believed that the BJP government has not called for a special session of the parliament solely for a single bill – One Nation One Election.

Mr Prashant Kishor was all in praise for the Chief Minister of Telangana, Mr KCR and said he was a force to reckon with. Not only he would be back comfortably but play a role in national politics in the days to come. In an elaborate talk, he expressed his disenchantment with the present regime at the Centre. But Mr Modi and his team are successful in their attempts to move the people with their Hindutva agenda and continuously blowing into the ears of people the slogan `years of corruption and neglect’. But this rhetoric of Modi and his clique succeeded in appeasing the masses by constantly hammering them as there was no opposite action to counter it.

He said the Opposition alliance – I.N.D.I.A was not up to the mark in its work. However, he did not dismiss the prospects of the alliance in the ensuing parliament elections. He only felt that the alliance should have met again and again, rolled out their strategies and started the work by now. “A child who studies for a long period will definitely have an edge over the one who studies just before the examination,” he explained. Though he refused to name anyone in the alliance as suitable for the prime minister post, he opined that Rahul Gandhi definitely enjoyed the glamour on par with Mr Modi.
