BRS working president Mr KT Rama Rao came down heavily on Mr Modi who is due to undertake a tour of Telangana two times next week to address political rallies. KTR said that the same man who denied and deprived people of Telangana is coming shamelessly to beg for votes now. After the formation of Telangana state on June 14, on July 14, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao met PM Modi asking for his cooperation in Krishna and Godavari river waters. Mr KCR asked to do justice for people to end their plight. Did Modi respond? No and not even to date.
The same man is now touring Telangana pleading to bring his party to power in this state. He thinks people are gullible and will believe his talk. The people of Telangana have been seeing the ruling of Mr KCR and firmly stand behind him now, KTR said. It is a shame that Mr Modi is visiting Mahabubnagar where the Palamuru Rangareddy Project for which he denied the national status has been completed by Mr KCR recently. And there the BJP will make tall claims. Do the people believe? Don’t they know that Mr KCR is the person behind the project? KTR asked.
Mr Modi did not give a single medical college to the state. He denied every other central government institution depriving people here. He did not release the due share of the state in GST. There was no cooperation but only discrimination from BJP. However, people of Telangana are witnessing everything and are waiting to teach a lesson to the BJP, the minister added.
