Telangana government has completed the recruitment process for a whopping 1,60,083 government jobs in the last nine and half years. According to the latest data, the selection process has been completed for 1,41,735 posts in phase I of recruitment and 18,348 jobs in phase II.
A total of 2,02,735 jobs have been notified so far by various recruitment agencies and the recruitment process is completed for 1,60,083 posts. The selection process for 42,652 jobs is under various stages. Including the recruitment under progress, the BRS government has provided 2,02,735 government jobs as against a promise of filling one lakh government jobs.
Coming to the agency-wise break-up, under the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC), 35,250 posts were filled, Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) recruited 47,068 employees, and the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) has completed the selection process for 22,892 jobs.
In addition, Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Recruitment Board (TREIRB) has completed recruitment for 3,694 posts, the Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) gave employment to 2,047 people, and other institutions filled 49,132 posts.
Contrary to the false propaganda, the Telangana government has filled a record 1.60 lakh government jobs which is almost equal to 16,000 jobs every year. Despite certain sections of individuals and some political parties misleading the youth about government jobs, the government is making devoted efforts to fill all the vacancies.
