TDP unveils another conspiracy against Telangana and BRS

Former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu and his TDP are at it again. Now they are out with a new conspiracy to damage the Telangana state and its people. TDP Telangana unit president Kasani Gnaneshwar quit the party as Mr Naidu said they were not contesting the Telangana assembly elections. Instead, they decided to support the Congress party here.

TDP leader Mr Lokesh has reportedly instructed the party cadre and sympathisers in Telangana to support the Congress party. The TDP colluded with Congress TPCC president A Revanth Reddy who is a staunch supporter of Mr Naidu. He later joined the Congress party. Mr Gnaneshwar said if the party is not contesting the elections, he has no reason to head it here and hence quitting the party.

The party cadre was eager to contest the elections but Mr Naidu refused it and instead decided to support the Congress party against the BRS party. The party reportedly sent messages to the people from Andhra Pradesh living in various areas in the Hyderabad and Khammam districts to vote for Congress. The TDP leader Mr Naidu and Lokesh are angry with the BRS party for not expressing sympathy to Mr Naidu on his arrest. They are also angry with the BRS party for not allowing the protests in the city.

However, the BRS party working president Mr KT Rama Rao said they could protest at designated places taking the police permission. He termed the Naidu arrest as the result of the fight between the two parties in Andhra Pradesh and refused to be dragged into the controversy.
