From penury to prosperity, Mahabubnagar district changed significantly: CM KCR in Jadcherla

The days of gruel centres, mass migration, lack of drinking and irrigation water and endless vast stretches of barren lands are over, said CM KCR. Addressing a massive public meeting at Jadcherla, he said the government had taken up irrigation projects and now the Palamuru Rangareddy Lift Irrigation is 90 per cent complete. They all changed the very face of Mahabubnagar now.

The Congress leaders neither took up the projects. They moved the Courts and created hurdles. Now the same Congress leaders come to people seeking votes. They promised 20 hours power supply in Karnataka and failed. Here, they say just three hours of power supply is enough, Mr KCR said. If the Congress party comes to power, the problems will come again. People should think before voting.

Mr KCR said the Mahabubnagar district would always be close to his heart as being an MP of this district, he got the separate Telangana state. He would address every issue including the oustees of Uddandapur reservoir. The BRS leader appealed to people to vote in great numbers to C Laxma Reddy and encouraged him to do good work. MLCs Madhusudhana Chary, Deshapathi Srinivas, Minister V Srinivas Goud and others were present.
