In a brazen act, the Congress government is taking credit for the government jobs filled during the BRS regime. The official ‘X’ account of the Congress party has claimed that the Congress government has filled 23,147 government jobs in just 69 days after coming to power.
However, the claim is a blatant lie. The Congress government has played no role in the recruitment of these jobs, which include 6,956 nursing officer posts, 15,750 constable posts, and 441 Singareni posts. The release of notifications, the conduct of examinations, and the declaration of results for all these posts occurred during the tenure of former CM KCR. However, the handing over of appointment letters was put on hold due to the assembly election code and court cases.
Now, by simply handing over the appointment letters to the selected candidates, the Revanth Reddy government is basking in the glory of the previous administration. In total, the BRS government has filled more than 1.6 lakh government jobs in the last 9 years, and the recruitment process is in progress for 80,000 more jobs. The Congress government is now attributing these 80,000 jobs to their accomplishment.
