TRS and CPI conducted protests at the proposed gas-based power plant at Nedunur in Karim Nagar district. Even though the plant was proposed several years ago by AP Generation Corporation (APGENCO), the AP state government has been showing severe discrimination by not allocating gas to this plant.
TRS LP leader Eetela Rajendar, Siricilla MLA KT Rama Rao and others participated in the dharna held at Nedunur.
In a separate program, CPI party cadre also held protests at the project site and condemned the discriinatory attitude of state government.
