The BRS supremo and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao said the BRS will not compromise on development and welfare of the people. He said people were vexed with the old method of governance. Hence, his party is coming out with the slogan ‘Bharat parivarthan mission’. Human resources – the capabilities of youth, women, farmers and traditional artisans are not being utilised by successive governments. The rulers lacked vision and commitment to bringing about a change in the lives of people. The world around was moving at a fast pace while the country is lagging behind on many fronts, Mr KCR pointed out.
KCR was addressing a large number of people who came to join the BRS party on Thursday. Former MLA from Pune, L T Savanth, South Mumbai NCP president Manav Venkatesh, CBI former officer Laxmanraj Sanap, sportsman Nilekar Madhukar Rane, ZP member Bhagavan Sanapt, social activist Dr Kiran Vaidya, Uttamrao Wagh, Maharashtra MBT president Azhar Ahmed and scores of others joined the BRS party. Mr KCR welcomed them and promised there would be no discrimination of any kind and his party would involve every section of society in development and ensure qualitative and quantitive change in society.
