BRS massive public meeting at Kandhar Loha in Maharashtra on March 26

Scores of leaders from Maharashtra met BRS founder and Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao
at Pragathi Bhavan on Tuesday and avenged keen interest in joining the BRS party. The Maharashtra leaders discussed about the proposed public meeting at Kandar Loha on March 26 and arrangements to be made for the purpose.

The BRS party is getting unexpected patronage from people and political leaders in Maharashtra. They were all attracted by the pro-farmer schemes launched by K Chandrasekhar Rao in Telangana state and his promise to introduce them in all states through BRS party.

Many parts of Maharashtra are drought-prone with undeveloped irrigation systems. The farmers have no proper support from the state or central government. Many farmers committed suicide in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra.

Witnessing how the Telangana region achieved faster development after the formation of Telangana state, particularly in irrigation and agriculture, those in Maharashtra are demanding their government to launch the schemes being implemented by the BRS government in Telangana.

After the launch of BRS, now they see an opportunity to directly associate with K Chandrasekhar Rao and are joining the party in large numbers. Former MLA and NCP Kisan cell president Shankaranna Dondge, former MLA Naganadh Gheesewad, NCP Nanded district president Datta Pawar, Nanded city president Sivadas Dharmapurikar, Youth wing secretary Sivaraj Dondge, Kisan Morcha president ManoharParil Bhosikar, NCP official spokesperson Sunil Paril, NCP Loha president Sudhash Wakore, Kandar president Data Karamange, Zilla Parishad member advocate Vijay Dondge, NCP youth president Hanmanth Kalyankar, and many others are joining the BRS party.

Some more leaders are likely to join at the public meeting at Kandar Loha in the presence of CM KCR. The meeting held by KCR at Nanded recently has set the tempo for the BRS party expansion in Maharashtra.
