BRS has become an unstoppable force in Malkajgiri Constituency. The people of the constituency have been supporting the party since the formation of Telangana. Irrespective of the candidate, the people are supporting CM KCR’s leadership in the constituency in elections. It seems certain that BRS will win the upcoming election and achieve a hat-trick as the voters in Malkajgiri constituency have been with BRS since the beginning. In 2014, Chintala Kanaka Reddy won as a BRS candidate from the constituency. Then in 2018 Mynampally Hanmanth Rao won.
But it is proved in every election that people are leaning towards the BRS party under the leadership of CM KCR, regardless of the candidate. Malkajgiri constituency has witnessed massive development as part of Hyderabad city development in the last ten years. Many welfare schemes are being taken to the doorsteps of the deserving poor.
In view of this, many leaders from the Congress party have recently joined the BRS on a large scale. DCC president Nandikanti Sridhar with three and a half decades of experience in Malkajgiri constituency politics resigned from the Congress and joined the BRS in the presence of IT Minister KT Rama Rao at Pragati Bhavan on Wednesday.
Along with him, many public representatives, leaders and workers of that party also embraced the BRS. It is remarkable that Nandikanti Sridhar, on joining the BRS, expressed confidence that the BRS candidate would win with a huge majority.
