BJP conspiring to instigate communal violence with movie ‘Razakar’: KTR

BJP is making new moves in the wake of elections in Telangana with an intention to create communal tensions and divide the society. It was the BJP behind the movie ‘Kashmir Files’ released during the West Bengal elections. In the Karnataka elections, ‘The Kerala Story’ was released at the behest of the BJP. And now, in the background of elections in Telangana, targeting the Muslims, the film ‘Razakar’ has been made.

This movie is directed by Yata Satyanarayana and produced by Guduru Narayana Reddy. And when the teaser of this movie was released recently, it stirred up controversy. If one looks at the trailer, after the collapse of the Nizam’s rule in 1948, the film tried to portray Muslims as the criminals. Netizens, religious leaders and political party leaders who have seen this teaser are expressing strong objections to this movie. They are angry that the film was made by distorting history. If films are made for political needs, people will not believe them.

Meanwhile, Minister KT Rama Rao responded to the same issue on social media. “Some intellectually bankrupt jokers of the BJP are doing their best to instigate communal violence and polarisation for their political propaganda in Telangana. We will take up the matter with the Censor Board and also the Telangana police to ensure that the law & order situation of Telangana is not affected”, he wrote on X (formerly twitter).
