BJP and Congress are outdated parties and irrelevant in Telangana: KTR

The ruling BRS party working president Mr KT Rama Rao has said both BJP and Congress parties lost their relevance and are outdated in Telangana state. The Congress despite getting a public mandate repeatedly failed the people miserably. The BJP proved ineffective lacking any policy except dividing people on caste and religious lines.

The Congress party rule was rocked by scandals and its leaders brazenly amassed wealth and misused public funds. People were deprived of basic amenities such as drinking water and electricity. The BRS party will never compromise with any party, particularly with the BJP. The BRS has the blessings of the people of Telangana and it is sure to come back to power once again, KTR said.

Mr Rama Rao said the main rival political parties are engaged in cheap politics. Their narrative is distasteful and irrelevant to people. Instead of talking about their work and future promises, they are engaged in dirty tricks like deriding the ruling party and instigating people on petty issues. In an interview with the local media channel, the BRS leader expressed his views on a wide range of issues.

Referring to the issue of MLC Kavitha’s issue and the liquor scandal, he said she moved the court of law and would abide by the outcome. He dismissed the allegations of collusion between the BRS and BJP by the Congress leaders. Mr Rama Rao mocked the remarks of copying the manifesto of the Congress party by its leaders Revanth Reddy and others. Mr Rama Rao asserted that people are shrewd and they know in whose hands the Telangana state is safe. They would definitely use their wisdom while casting their votes. Their choice as the party knows is Mr KCR.
