A former corporator, a first-time MLA, and the daughter of a late senior MLA Sayanna – young Lasya Nanditha had a bright and promising future ahead in politics But, tragically, her life was cut short due to a road accident today on the Outer Ring Road near Patancheru. Lasya organized her father’s death anniversary just a few days ago, and unfortunately, the 33-year-old legislator passed away in the same month as her father, who died last year due to ill health.
However, the young BRS MLA faced two more bitter experiences in the last two months. In December 2023, Lasya was trapped inside an elevator in a hospital where she attended the hospital’s first-anniversary celebrations. The lift crashed six feet due to overloading. But, the lift was quickly repaired, and she was saved unhurt from the freak incident.
On February 13, while returning from BRS President KCR’s public meeting in Nalgonda, Lasya’s vehicle was involved in an accident, and she escaped with minor injuries. Just 10 days after this mishap, Lasya succumbed to death in a tragic road accident. Many people are expressing their grief and remembering this series of unfortunate incidents.
