Chief Minister Mr K Chandrashekhar Rao who promised to upgrade Ramayapet as the new revenue division in Medak district has delivered it. A preliminary notification to this effect was issued by the officials inviting objections from people within 15 days before issuing the final notification. The new revenue division will have Ramayapet, Nizampet, Shankarampet and Narsingi mandals.
The other day, CM KCR addressed a massive public meeting after inaugurating the collector office and SP office. Local MLA Padma Devender Reddy brought to the notice of CM Mr KCR about the public demand for a new revenue division in Ramayampet. Mr KCR immediately promised and also stated that an order would be issued within 48 hours. As promised, he delivered his promise.
Medak district has two revenue divisions now – Medak and Toopran. People in the district thanked Mr KCR for his immediate action and said it would help bring in more development of the region.
