An opinion poll conducted by AC Nielson predicted that TRS would emerge as the single largest party in Telangana.
The survey predicts that if elections were to be held now, TRS would emerge as the single largest party bagging about 59-63 seats in state assembly and 8-10 MP seats in Lok Sabha.
The poll puts Congress in second place with 19-24 MLA seats and 1-3 MP seats.
It is clear from the opinion poll that people of Telangana are recognizing TRS as the champion of Telangana statehood agitation.
