The Non-BJP parties are waiting with bated breath about the KCR’s tour across the country.

As the Telangana chief minister Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao began his country-wide tour on Friday, all the political parties and political analysts are waiting with bated breath as to what he would do.

Mr KCR is to tour five states in 10 days now and is scheduled to meet many political leaders, retired IAS and IPS officers, reputed economists, and national media experts. He had vowed his mission is not to unseat the BJP but to bring about a qualitative change in the lives of people. He wanted to come out with an alternate agenda for the good of the country.

The Telangana chief minister was to discuss the strong Centre and weak states, discrimination, poor allocation of funds, violation of the federal spirit, and disturbing social fabric of the country among other things. He wanted to mobilise like-minded parties to put up a strong fight against those ills.

At the recently held TRS party plenary in Hyderabad, he said the change should start from Hyderabad, and as he vowed he embarked on a country-wide tour. He is supposed to visit New Delhi, Punjab and Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, West Bengal, and Bihar.

He would also give away financial assistance to the farmers who died while fighting against the draconian farm laws brought out by the BJP and also those who laid their lives in Galwan valley fighting the Chinese army in the recent times as he promised some time ago.

He would closet with AAP leader and New Delhi chief minister Aravind Kejriwal, Punjab chief minister Bhagwanth Singh Mann, Deve Gowda, Kumara Swamy, and political leaders of other states during his tour.

On arrival in New Delhi on Friday, he got a rousing welcome. He was received by R&B minister Vemular Prashanth Reddy, MP Nama Nageswar Rao, Telangana resident commissioner Gourav Uppal and others.
