One need not wait till the results are declared to know the outcome of the byelections in Telangana region. Thousands of people, who attended the nomination filing rallies of Telangana candidates gave a glimpse of how the results would be.

In Station Ghanpur the strength of TRS was visible by the massive crowd that attended the nomination filing of Dr. Thatikoda Rajaiah. In contrast, the Congress candidate could muster only a few hundred people.
Addressing the huge gathering, TRS leader T Harish Rao asked the people to teach a fitting lesson to Congress and TDP.

In Kamareddy too TRS candidate filed his nomination amidst loud cheers of thousands of Telangana supporters. TJAC chairman Prof. Kodandaram warned Telangana detractors that the movement is like a live power line and it would not always be visible to the naked eye. But, he said that it will shock anyone who dares to touch it. TRS MLAs KTR and Pocharam Srinivas Reddy also attended this program.
Independent candidate Nagam Janardhan Reddy filed his nomination in Nagar Kurnool.
