Hyderabad: A technical glitch occurred in the helicopter in which Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was traveling. The alert pilot immediately recognised the error and landed the helicopter safely. The incident took place when CM KCR left for Devarakadra in a helicopter from Erravalli farm on Monday morning to campaign for the Assembly elections. The pilot landed the helicopter safely in Erravalli farm.
As part of the Assembly election campaign, CM KCR is scheduled to participate in Praja Ashirwada Sabha meetings in Devarakadra, Narayanapet, Makthal and Gadwal constituencies of Mahabubnagar district today. The CM’s visit was delayed due to the technical fault in the helicopter. Aviation officials made alternative arrangements to continue the CM’s tour. He continued his tour as usual after another helicopter arrived.
